Elaine's routine!

My name is Elaine Cristina Mesquita. I am from Brazil. I’m Brazilian. I am thirty-two years old. I’m a teacher at CILC. I live in a house in Ceilândia, Distrito Federal, Brazil. I have long, curly and blond hair and light brown eyes. I am short and plump. I am out-going and quiet. I don’t like liars, gossipers, noisy people, selfish people. I like to learn new things every day. I love music that makes me relax. I have a very hard routine. I work and study but I love my life because I have a beautiful family and some good friends. In my spare time I like to read a good book, access the internet, watch TV and ride a bike.

From Monday to Friday, I wake up at 6:30, but I get up at 6:50am. I go to the bathroom, brush my teeth and wash my face. Then, I get undressed and take a shower. After I take a shower, I get dressed, comb my hair and put on my makeup. Then, I go to the kitchen. I drink some juice or tea and I eat some bread or crackers. I leave my house to work at 7:20am. I arrive at CilC at 7:26 and I start work at 7:30. I work from 7:30 to 12:15 in the afternoon. I drive my car back home.

In the afternoon, I arrive at home and I have lunch. I usually eat rice, salad and chicken and vegetables. I sometimes drink some juice. I go back to work and I work until 5 o’ clock in the afternoon. I go home, take a shower and I have a snack. I eat some fruits or have some soup.

In the evening, I exercise on Mondays and Wednesdays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I study Law in Plano Piloto. I study from 7:20pm to 10:30pm. I don’t have dinner. I go to bed at about midnight.

On the weekend, I usually clean my house, wash my car, my cat, help my mother and study. I love listening to music too. I don’t like to go out very much on Saturdays evenings. I usually go to the church. I often go to a shopping mall or to the movies. I love riding my bike on Sundays morning.

I am a very busy person, because I have many things to do during the day. I always have many things to do in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening.
